Welshire Golf Course in January - This Donald Ross layout is a Denver Muni
Denver and its surrounding Counties have dozens of golfing options. The Green fee at most area courses is around $50 or less. Believe it or not you can play golf in Denver 12 months a year. Notwithstanding its reputation for lots of snow, Denver is not like the Mountains. It can be cold and snowy one day and sunny and fair the next. The photo to the left is from a round in January 2009. The other seasons are great as the humidity is low.
